Description
This is a rich, ripe Cab that oozes blackberry jam, sweet spice and vanilla with a glossy, chocolatey oak shellac. The palate is equally luscious but is saved by a lift of acidity and taut, massive tannins. This could age for several years—it’s very primary now—but will requite protein in any case.
