Description
With the introduction of this surprisingly sophisticated liter bottling Sohm & Kracher explore a third terroir for grüner veltliner. While the Lion is sourced entirely from Weinviertel, the fruit for this bottling is grown entirely in Illmitz, opposite Lake Neusiedl from the Leithaberg hill where the soils are more sand. This stainless steel grüner veltliner is a mineral focused expression, incredibly easy to drink with austere depth.
