Description
Still organic white wine, produced by Suavia in Veneto, 12.5% ABV, 100% Garganega, 2020 vintage. A Soave Classico born from the passion of the Tessari family, who have cultivated the land since 1800. Aged for 12 months on the lees in steel tanks and 24 months in bottle. It opens with mineral sensations accompanied by a distinctive note of white pepper and a fragrance of jasmine. Bright straw yellow. Tense and energetic, the finish is long and savory, a wine that perfectly expresses the volcanic terroir from which it originates.
