We selected grapes from some of Californias most notable appellations, including the high altitude Sierra Foothills, warm, inland Lodi and the cool, marine-influenced Central Coast. Each region imparts distinctive characteristics to the grapesideal for creating a balanced, fruit-forward red wine blend to serve as the base for our Sangria.Winemaker Notes Although its inspired by traditional Spanish sangria, Sutter Home Sangria has a distinctive California styleits lighter and juicier with subtle hints of citrus and spice. Our winemakers blend together Zinfandel, Syrah, Grenache, and Barbera, fermenting the juice in stainless steel to preserve delicate aromas and fresh fruit character.
