Blend: 32% Chardonnay, 32% Pinot Meunier, 32% Pinot Noir, Arbane, Petit Meslier, Pinot Blanc. 1.50L magnum. A premium product from Tarlant, a house with a long history in the Champagne region, offering a unique sensory experience thanks to the absence of dosage. Initial fermentation in stainless steel, addition of reserve wine aged in barriques, and secondary fermentation in the bottle according to the Champenoise Method, with manual disgorgement. Reserve wines aged in oak barrels. Fine and creamy perlage. Fresh, lively, and complex, with notes of fruit, citrus, honey, and light toasted notes. Golden yellow with greenish reflections. Full-bodied, dry, and complex, with great freshness, with notes of dried fruit and citrus.
