Tenuta di Castellaro ‘Pomice’ Bianco is straw yellow in colour with gold-green highlights. The nose evokes distinct floral and fruity scents combined with sensations of citrus and Mediterranean scrub, as well as intense salty mineral puffs. Harmonious and fresh on the palate, with excellent smoothness and dynamism, characterised by a decisive saline finish.
