MaryRose biodynamic still rosé, produced by Tenuta Mara in Emilia-Romagna, 11.5% ABV, 100% Sangiovese. 0.75 L bottle, 2024 vintage. A rosé born from a passion for biodynamics and respect for nature, in the unique territory of Tenuta Mara. Spontaneous fermentation of the free-run must in Niko Velo natural cement vats. Aged for 2 months in bottle. Hints of rose and raspberry, a lively and flavorful texture, with a mineral note. A fresh and fruity wine, perfect as an aperitif or to accompany light dishes.
