Description
A still red from Veneto, 13% ABV, produced by Tenuta Sant’Antonio, a 2023 Scaia Rossa Corvina. A wine that expresses the soul of the Verona area, made from 100% Corvina grapes. The vineyards extend between Soave and Valpolicella, noble terroirs with distinct characteristics and personalities. Destemming of the grapes with light cold maceration. Temperature-controlled fermentation in stainless steel. Aged in stainless steel. Floral aromas of red rose and violet, fruity notes of cherry, black cherry, plum, prune, wild berries such as blackberry, red and blackcurrant, and raspberry. Ruby red in color with purple highlights. Well-balanced by flavor and freshness. Intense and full-bodied despite its graceful youth.
