Description
Our Fiddletown Viognier is made from our estate vines. We farm these rocky, granitic and volcanic soils in a holistic and sustainable manner using organic compost to amend the soil in-row cultivation, organic sulphur and lots of manual love. This wine is made in a traditional artisan manner, focusing on the specific resonances of place for this special limited bottling.
