Description
“Sur Le Caillou“ is a blend of 9 micro parcels located between 300 and 450m altitude. These parcels are the ones that have the lowest yield. They are selected to create a cuvee that express the highest terroir’s expression due to the concentration. This rich red wine is a blend of grenache and syrah from a far corner of the Southern Rhône valley . The former brings brightness and fruitiness, while the latter lends deep color and spice. Together, they make an organic wine that’s both full and fresh, with a warmth that will remind you more than a little bit of Châteaneuf-du-Pape.
