Description
Still red from Piedmont, 14% ABV, 100% Nebbiolo, produced by Trediberri. 0.75L bottle, 2024 vintage. A Langhe Nebbiolo born from the passion of a young winery, without coats of arms featuring prancing horses and flying flags, but with a desire to express the present through its wines. Alcoholic fermentation takes place mostly in cement and partly in steel (depending on the vintage) and lasts approximately 10-2 days. Malolactic fermentation follows in cement or steel and cold stabilization outdoors or in temperature-controlled steel tanks. After stabilization, the wine continues to age for several months in cement, steel, or fiberglass before being bottled, usually between April and May of the year following the harvest. Fresh and un-oaked, fruity, extremely drinkable, but not banal.
