Still red wine from Tuscany IGT, 14.5% ABV, produced by Uggiano. Blend of Cabernet Sauvignon and Merlot, 2020 vintage. 0.75 l bottle. A Merlot born in the heart of Tuscany, in San Vincenzo a Torri, where Uggiano has been producing wines since 1976. Fermentation with extended maceration of 18-22 days. Aged in Allier, Nevers, and Vosges barriques and oak barrels. Complex, elegant, and harmonious aroma, with notes of red fruits accompanied by sweet and spicy hints. Dark Bordeaux red color. On the palate, it is full-bodied, very full-bodied, and rounded with a slightly tannic aftertaste. A wine that pairs perfectly with red meats and aged cheeses.
