Description
A great wine for laying down, this cru is aged on lees for 55 months. Its yellow and golden color opens on a powerful and structured nose of white fruits, exotic fruits and honey. The palate is ample, oily and the minerality of the terroir is very present. To be enjoyed with a gastronomic cuisine of seafood, river, poultry liver, sweetbreads or certain cheeses.
