Description
Our Orange wine is made from ungrafted Gual vines, planted in small plots in the northwest of Tenerife. Overlooking the ocean, the maritime climate is important to preserve the natural freshness of the gual, while the sunlight helps to develop its characteristic aromas and flavors.
Made in concrete eggs, this is a slightly magical wine. The long period with the furs takes Gual to a completely new place: rosemary, bay leaf, fruits of the garden and incense overflow the glass. The palate is textured and slightly firm, with an incredibly long finish: a very elegant wine. It really comes to life when paired with lamb marinated with Mediterranean herbs.
