Fine and persistent perlage. Fruity and floral with notes of ripe golden apple and small mountain flowers. Pale straw yellow. Dry, smooth, and savory on a mellow finish with a fruity and aromatic aftertaste. Perfect as an aperitif, but also ideal with a light meal.
