Description
Old vine and dry farmed from Hawkeye ranch. Harvested in early September. Grapes werefermented with 25% whole clusters and the juice was gently pumped over daily for a light extraction. Wine was then aged in older french oak for 9 months.
Salted plum, red fruit and fennel.
