Description
From a site called “La Dune” from Pinot Noir and Meunier vines planted in 1955. After a 14 hour skin maceration, the wine fermented spontaneously in neutral barrels. Lacy, berried and ethereal on the palate.
From the vineyard of Mardeuil & Moussy, clay-limestone, flint. 25 years old vine, maceration for 14 hours.
After harvested in 2015, aged 9 months in oak barrel as first fermentation, then aged on lees in bottle for another 5 years, total 6 years.
Disgorgement Aug 2021, added only 5g/L dosage, Extra Brut
Composition : 90% Pinot Meunier & 10% Pinot Noir
