Blanc de Blancs Brut Champagne, classic method, from the Champagne region of France, no vintage, produced by Vollereaux. A wine that tells the story of a family tied to the land and the vineyard since 1805. 100% Chardonnay. Aged for 4 years on the lees. Very powerful with delicate aromas of lime blossom tea that blend with mineral and ethereal notes. Pale yellow with green highlights.
