100% Riesling from the Grand Cru Hofberg, one of the greatest Mosel vineyards. The A.J. Adam Riesling Trocken is derived from young vines aging from 5-25 years, resulting in a wine possessing striking exotic fruit, subtle spice, wild slate aromas and a finesse of acidity. It has been fermented in steel-tanks.
