Description
The grape material comes from 50-80 year old vines from various excellent locations in the area. Devonian slate underground, spontaneous fermentation in the cellar. Ripe aromas and more powerful fruit than the Varidor. Beautiful draw with animating acid-sugar interplay accompanied by elegant fruit.
