Hailing from the Breede River Valley a sheltered wine-producing area in the Western Cape region of South Africa. Surrounded on three sides by mountain ranges, the valley is responsible for the production of many of the countries finest wines.
Vinification
The vineyards are planted on optimal marly and stony soils. The grapes are harvested at low temperature, light crushing, short maceration of 8 hours. Fermentation at 12°C, racking and storage in stainless steel tanks until the bottling.
