Description
Winemaker Notes
The limestone rich soil of this region allows for this Pinot Noir to exhibit classic aromas of bright cherry with just a hint of earth. On the palate, there are subtle hints of smoke that merge with the cherry and savory accents for just a hint of umami.
It is a Pinot Noir to be enjoyed with an array of foods from smoked venison, seared tuna and Szechuan style foods through to twice cooked duck and pork belly with a hint of five spice.
