Terroir & Site
This wine is sourced entirely from the Eden Valley. Two stand out Shiraz vineyards were selected for their style and elegance, contributing to the wines great acid retention and pristine fruit flavours.
Treatment
We only utilise the skins of the Viognier grapes by first separating the juice from the skins and then fermenting the remaining skins with select parcels of Shiraz grapes. This method increases the flavour and complexity of this alluring wine.
