Description
Still Pinot Bianco from Friuli-Venezia Giulia, 13.5% ABV, produced by Myo (Zorzettig). 0.75 L bottle, 2023 vintage. A wine made from vineyards conceived as biodiversity reserves, serving the ecosystem. Cold maceration for 12 hours, fermentation in stainless steel tanks, and aging on the lees for 6 months with weekly batonnage. 90% stainless steel and up to 10% in barrique, with a selection of historic vintages. Bottling and aging for 6 months in bottle. Straw yellow in the glass. Elegant and rich on the nose, with hints of ripe golden apple, a bouquet of white flowers, and yellow peach. Fresh, savory, and creamy on the palate, a wine that invites you to savor it.
