Still white wine from Alto Adige, 13% ABV, produced by Abbazia di Novacella. 100% Veltliner, 2024 vintage. A Gruner Veltliner that celebrates the freshness and minerality of a typical Austrian grape, grown with passion in Italy’s northernmost winegrowing region. The grapes come from vineyards located between 600 and 750 meters above sea level. Aged for 6 months in stainless steel. Greenish yellow in the glass, with hints of fresh green apple that precede a lively and savory palate, with a white pepper finish that invites repeat tasting.
