Description
Still white wine from Liguria, 13% ABV, produced by Alessandri Massimo. 100% Pigato, 2024 vintage. A wine that expresses the passion for Ligurian viticulture, with grapes grown in Ranzo, in the Imperia hinterland. The vines are all trained using the Guyot method on seven hectares of land at an altitude ranging from 280 to 400 meters above sea level. Harvest in September. Clarification: cold static. Malolactic fermentation: not performed. Aged for 6 months on the lees. Clarification: natural. Bottle ageing: 1 month.
