Rich, full-bodied, fleshy, smoky, toasty and very complex, this is a fine Fourchaume from Bernard Defaix. Despite the abundance of flavour on the palate the acidity keeps everything in check. Fresh and with excellent concentration, this is a Fourchaume to drink relatively early, or any time over the next five years. Drinking Window 2021 – 2027.
