Sparkling orange wine from the original natural winemakers of New York! Reisling is fermented on the skins and finished in bottle for natural bubbles as a pet-nat, left with the fermentation sediment intact. Hazy and lightly fizzy, completely dry and mildly tannic. Notes of dried stone fruit and pears, intensely yeasty and a hint of cola. Also maybe one of the best priced pet-nats on the market, regardless of provenance or style.
