Description
Production zone vineyards in the area of Serralunga d`Alba – Piedmont. The Nebbiolo grape is grown here about 60km away from Cuneo at an altitude of 414m above sea level. Only the grapes of 11 villages around the town of Barolo are allowed to be used for the wine of this name.Fermentation at a controlled temperature of 25C. The must fermentation takes 10 days an is pumped over twice a day.
