Description
Tasting Notes: Chateau de la Brede Blanc’s freshness and liveliness make it a very elegant wine. It is pleasantly smooth on the palate and offers a very rich, refined aromatic range with the fruity citurs notes characteristic of Sauvignon Blanc, and ‘muscaty’ notes of acacia or honeysuckle, tyiplcal of Muscadelle.
Food and Wine Pairing: The complexity of this wine calls for delicated dishes: shellfish, poached fish, or fish with cream sauce, young cheeses, or matured cheeses such as aged comte.
