Description
The Erbaluce di Caluso of the Cieck winery is an excellent white wine, very particular that is refined exclusively in steel. Pleasant straw yellow coloured tending to greenish, in the nose it gives off a fine and elegant bouquet, with hints of white pulp fruit, aromatic herbs on honey notes. In the mouth it is well balanced, with a good structure and a long and mineral final. Try it with fish courses and the classic veal with tuna sauce.
