Still red from New Zealand, Cloudy Bay Central Otago Te Wahi Pinot Noir 2021. A Pinot Noir that embodies the essence of the Central Otago terroir. 13.5% ABV, 0.75L bottle. Founded in 1985, Cloudy Bay was one of the first wineries to venture into Marlborough. The grapes were hand-picked between March 30th and April 15th, with fine weather allowing for a slow ripening of the fruit. Fragrant notes of blackberry and wild strawberry and hints of violet. On the palate, it presents an elegant core of concentrated plum and hedgerow, supported by very fine tannins and a vibrant freshness.
