Description
Still red from Piedmont, 14% ABV, 100% Pinot Noir, produced by Colombo Cascina Pastori. Vintage 2024. A wine born in the heart of the Asti Langhe, a region rich in history and passion. Alcoholic fermentation in stainless steel at 23-25°C, malolactic fermentation takes place entirely in wood. Aged for 15-18 months in tonneaux and large barrels, then in bottle for at least 6 months. Reminiscent of captivating, ripe red berries such as cherries, black cherries, and floral notes of rose hips, it then opens up to intense, sweet spices of vanilla and licorice.
