Still rosé Chiaretto di Bardolino DOC, 12.5% ABV, produced by Corte Giara – Allegrini. Blend of Corvina, Molinara, and Rondinella, 2024 vintage. A wine born from the Allegrini family’s passion for the Veneto region, combining tradition and innovation. The grapes are harvested by hand and subjected to cold maceration on the skins for 12–24 hours at 10°C to extract the color. Fermentation takes place in stainless steel tanks at a controlled temperature of 18°C for 10 days. Aged in stainless steel tanks for 3 months. Notes of strawberry, raspberry, and gooseberry on the nose are fresh and pleasant. On the palate, it has a nice acidity that pairs well with the juiciness of the mouthfeel, very balanced, and with a finish of small red fruits that lingers long on the finish.
