Chianti Classico Petrignano 2021, an organic still red wine produced by Dievole in Tuscany. 0.75L bottle, 14% ABV, 100% Sangiovese. A Chianti Classico that expresses the character of Sangiovese from a single vineyard, with a fruity bouquet of cherry and blackberry. Alcoholic fermentation for 14-15 days in rough concrete vats, malolactic fermentation in untoasted French oak barrels, and aging in untoasted 41Hl French oak barrels for approximately 13 months. On the palate, it is juicy, full-bodied, and rich, with a warm, velvety finish.
