Pouilly Fumé is a wine that can be drunk young and that keeps its aromatic characteristics for 5 to 10 years. It is a perfect accompaniment to fish, shellfish (especially scallops), white meats and goat’s cheese (in particular, the Crottin de Chavignol, from the same region). It can also, quite simply, be enjoyed as an aperitif.
Pale gold colour with light green highlights. A complex, delicate nose that develops citrus aromas mixed with mineral notes. On the palate, a clean, light attack gives way to well-balanced roundness and freshness.
A delightfull aperitif. It is also perfect with seafood, especially oysters, grlled fish, and white meats. Serve chilled at 10° – 12° C
