Aromatic still white wine from Alsace, 13.5% ABV, produced by Domaine du Moulin de Dusenbach. 100% Gewürztraminer Grand Cru Kaefferkopf, a wine that embodies the elegance and complexity of the Alsatian terroir. Hand-picked grapes, pneumatic pressing of whole bunches, low-temperature fermentation in thermo-controlled stainless steel vats. Aged on fine lees. Bright yellow with golden highlights. The bouquet is rich in exotic fruit, while on the palate it reveals itself harmonious and balanced. A wine that pairs perfectly with spicy dishes, Asian cuisine, blue cheeses, and fruit desserts.
