Still organic white wine from Languedoc-Roussillon, 13% ABV, produced by Domaine Gardies. Blend: 40% Grenache Blanc, 20% Macabeo/Viura, 2022 vintage. A white wine that expresses the sunny spirit of southern France, with a fresh and mineral soul. Fruity notes of mango, passion fruit, and apricot alternate with a subtle hint of thyme, evoking the scents of the Mediterranean scrub. Straw yellow in color. Medium-bodied, harmonious, and balanced, with a decidedly mineral finish, perfect for pairing with fish and vegetable dishes.
