AOC Champagne, classic method, extra brut, produced by Egly-Ouriet. Blend of Chardonnay, Pinot Meunier, and Pinot Noir. 0.75L bottle. A Champagne excellence, with a fine perlage and a bouquet of floral aromas, complemented by hints of pastry. Egly-Ouriet produces exclusively from grapes grown on its 11.5 hectares of vineyards, the largest of which is located in Ambonnay, home of Pinot Noir. On the palate, the wine is fresh and mineral, a unique sensory experience.
