Intense and bright ruby colour. The nose unfolds with typical floral notes of violets and fruity cherry and red berries and a nuanced minerality. The palate opens immediate and decisive, with freshness and flavour to dominate the middle phase. The final tasting is pleasant, again, fragrant fruity and balsamic notes. The vineyards and olive grove forests guarantee perfect sunshine and ripening of the grapes, reaching its maximum expression during the period of harvest, characterized by warm days and cool nights.

vinification
Elevation : 250 – 320 m / Vines per hectare: 5.000 / Varieties: min. 80% Sangiovese, plus other red grape varieties / Fermentation: in stainless steel tanks at a controlled temperature using indigenous yeasts / Maceration: 10 – 15 days Maturation: 50% in stainless tanks, 50% in wooden barrels for least 8 months followed by minimum 3 months aging in the bottle
