A Rosé Edition celebrating Aglianico, the flagship grape of Irpinia, transformed into an elegant sparkling wine. The grapes come from the Taurasi, Torella dei Lombardi, and Castelfranci vineyards, hand-harvested in the second ten days of October. Aged for 78 months on the lees. A wine that combines the freshness of rosé with the complexity of the classic method, perfect for celebrating any occasion.
