Still red wine from Barolo DOCG, 15% ABV, 100% Nebbiolo, produced by Ghisolfi Attilio in Monforte d’Alba, in the Visette (Bussia) area of Piedmont, 2018 vintage. A Barolo that embodies a family’s passion for viticulture, with a history that began in 1988. Maceration on the skins for 12 days with careful temperature control and spontaneous fermentation with indigenous yeasts. Aged for 30 months in 25-30 Hl oak barrels and barriques. Elegant and intense with red fruit, mentholated notes, and spices. Dark garnet red color. Rich and authoritative with a medium-tannic structure.
