Vinification: Hand-harvested. Primary fermentation in stainless steel, then bottled by hand along with a small amount of natural liqueur made from their own grapes that triggers fermentation in bottle. The secondary fermentation continues in bottle over an indeterminable amount of time. Aged in bottle for 60 days before release.
Alcohol: 11.5%
