Kabinett organic still semi-aromatic Riesling from Rheinhessen, Germany, 9.5% ABV, produced by Gunderloch. 100% Riesling, 2023 vintage. A Riesling awarded 93 points by James Suckling and Vinous, it expresses the elegance of the German terroir. Spontaneous fermentation with indigenous yeasts. The bouquet offers aromas of ripe citrus and rose petals. The alcohol-light palate is rich in aromas, with a light, balanced acidity.
