A Brut Classic Method sparkling wine from Alto Adige, 12.5% ABV, produced by Kettmeir. A blend of Chardonnay, Pinot Bianco, and Pinot Noir. 2022 vintage, 0.75 L bottle. A Classic Method that celebrates the Alto Adige sparkling wine tradition, with an extremely fine and persistent perlage. Fruity aromas with a balanced yeasty note. Bright straw yellow. The palate is fresh, dry, with excellent persistence, and a lovely dried fruit aftertaste. A wine made in a historic winery nestled in the Alto Adige vineyards, a witness and messenger of the knowledge of the times since 1919.
