Description
The bouquet is deep, ripe and zesty, hopping from the glass in a mix of fresh pineapple, sweet quince, chalky soil, a hint of beeswax and a topnote of orange peel. On the palate the wine is deep, full-bodied and plush at the core, with fine focus, a lovely gridle of acidity, good soil undertow and a long, complex and well balanced finish.
