Description
Organic still rosé from the Marche IGT (Regional Geographical Indication), 12.5% ABV, produced by Le Caniette Azienda Agricola. 100% Montepulciano, 2024 vintage. 0.75L bottle. A rosé born from the passion of the Vagnoni family, who have been producing high-quality organic wines in the Marche region since 1897. The grapes are selected and harvested in bins, then stored in cold storage for 5 to 10 days at 0°C. Fermentation takes place at a controlled temperature of approximately 15°C for approximately 30 days. Aged in stainless steel for 2-3 months. Fruity and floral, intense on the nose. Pale pink in color. Intense, savory, and persistent on the palate. A fresh and versatile rosé, perfect for pairing with light dishes and aperitifs.
