Description
Brut classic method sparkling wine, produced by Letrari in Trentino Alto Adige, 12.5% ABV, 100% Chardonnay, 2016 vintage. A wine born from the passion and history of a family that has been producing wine in Trentino for centuries. Aged on the lees for at least 60 months. The perlage is extremely fine, inviting tasting. The bouquet offers a range of fragrances, from bread crust to vanilla notes, on a base of ripe apple cream and dried fruit. A slightly deep golden color, bright and lively. The palate is full and rounded in its complexity, with notes of ripe fruit balanced against a background of citrus and spices. A fresh and lively wine, full-bodied and solidly structured, with an exceptionally persistent finish.
