Still red from Tuscany IGT, 15% ABV, produced by Luce della Vite – Frescobaldi. Blend of Merlot and Sangiovese, 0.75 l bottle. An iconic wine born from the encounter between Vittorio Frescobaldi and Robert Mondavi, an ambitious project that has created a wine that transcends the confines of tradition. Maceration on the skins for 25 days. Fermentation tanks: Temperature-controlled stainless steel. Aged for 24 months in split oak barriques: 90% new and 10% once used. The aromatic profile is characterized by great finesse, with fruity aromas such as blackberry and black cherry emerging, accompanied by balsamic notes of eucalyptus and mineral notes of graphite. The attack on the palate is generous with a pleasant acidity. The finish is very long, persistent, and harmonious.
