Mas de Cadenet rosé expresses the exceptional limestone terroir of the Cru Sainte-Victoire appellation. These wines are full-bodied, seductively fruity and fresh, reflecting its minerality. This stylish rosé is 45% Grenache, 45% Cinsault and 10% Syrah. This light pink wine has a beautiful mineral freshness, revealing delicate aromas of citrus, red fruits and flowers. In the mouth, the limestone soil brings balance and elegance, with a crispy length. The bouquet is persistent throughout, offering a fruity and salty finish. In short, it is a delectable rosé. This fresh and elegant wine can be enjoyed by itself but this wine is a food rosé, easily pairing with Mediterranean dishes–tartare, ceviche, ratatouille, and aioli.
